We've done this meme before but I like it.
I think I have it right, this time of the AM my eyes do not focus.

Grab the nearest book.
* Open the book to page 56.
* Find the fifth sentence.
* Post the text of the sentence in your journal along with these instructions.
* Don't dig for your favorite book, the cool book, or the intellectual one: pick the CLOSEST.

"The lid of this pewter jug is attached with a single pin hinge and decorated with two acorns."

From Pre-Industrial Utensils; 1150-1800. Published by Museum Bayman-von Beudidgen, Rotterdam.

It is worth pawning the car to get. ;-)

Probably overall, my favorite Medieval pottery book.

Pictures, little bits of explaination accompanying. Dates given. Pottery, metal, glass, some wood, some paintings in the back showing the various utensils being used.
