morgainaTook HES to the airport yesterday. Then in about a week they are off to Guadalahara. We don't know when we will see each other again, I don't like that. *shakes fist at all non-matrilineal cultures*.
Seeing friends at Coronation will help me feel better.
Here are a few more pictures I took yesterday. There was modern work in this kiln load too. But here are some Medieval-type pots.

These pipkins are made of a different clay body than I have used before. My pottery friend, Michael, makes a clay body from local clays and asked me to try it out for the Medieval stuff. I will let you potters know how it works for cooking ware. I would like to see Michael's efforts succeed.
Simple cooking pots, well...other than the surface design.
