This Coronation they are holding an auction to benefit the Raven Travel Fund.
I haven't decided what to donate quite yet. Quite a few options so I'm undecided.
Does anyone have any suggestions of pottery they would like to place bids on? Maybe get a good deal or something that I don't make many of?

I may or may not bid on another one, but your pipkins are BRILLIANT.

And maybe encourage [livejournal.com profile] ornerie to cook with some of your stuff so people can CLEARLY see how COOL and FUNCTIONAL they are! And SO EASY TO USE!

;)

A pipkin is a good idea, and one I was considering for donation.
That or a portable bread oven.

Portable bread oven would be divine, or one of those completely adorable little veilleuse-type deals that you had at May Crown with the sterno in it. I'd bid on that in a hot red second.

do you have any of those pit fired cups with the runes on them? cuz a Viking can never have too many of those.

and I second the pipkin. I had a few people stop and watch me cook with mine and ask questions at Crown ;)

I'm glad you liked it! I think they are so much fun and practical that I could just pop. I really like them.
I hadn't heard the braisers called the "veilleuse" name yet, so I've learned something new ;-)

Ummm, just think, homemade bread at events :-)
Plus, I think, the bread made from them is particularly nice because it develops a nice crust.

I don't have any pit-fired cups right now, but will get on it.
That's really cool that people asked you about the pipkins. Gwen & I will have them all over the Kingdom soon.
They are such a good idea,
I need to go out in the studio RIGHT NOW and make more of everything!

How are things in your neck of the woods? I've got a sick horse over here so will be missing An Tir West War this weekend. How are the pipkins and cups coming? The Toddster will be so pleased about the pipkins for his birthday (the weekend after coronation.)

I will have them done.
Sorry about the horse and sorry I didn't see you at Silverhart last weekend. It was a pottery time for me.
