Food Presentation, especially for Onerie

Speaking of food presentation, my user pic is a snapshot Deva sent me of a meal he had.
While in Ecuador he ordered guinea pig, considered a delicacy, especially by the Incas.
It was fried, he said the most creepy part was the little claws. He got sick from the delicacy.
Jennifer is a vegetarian, so wasn't tempted to share.
Additional note:
He's now in Singapore, I'm wondering what culinary delights will be in store for an adventurous pallate there? I won't tell Amby
